PICK-UP FOR PILLOWS, SOCKS, BOW-TIES, and CHAMPIONSHIP GEAR

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13 prior to and after the Area Band Concert. Look for the tables set-up between the cafeteria and gymnasium.

All pre-ordered Championship gear will be available for pick up!

We will also have extra Lafayette socks for $10 and bow-ties for $30 – they make great stocking stuffers. Great quality and one-time only offer!

Painting with a Twist – Custom Raven Painting – Sign-up Now

 

On Sunday, February 18, Lafayette Band is hosting an afternoon at Painting With A Twist on Richmond Road. They have designed a custom Raven painting to celebrate Championship #19. The 3-hour session will be from 2pm – 5pm on Sunday, February 18. The cost is $45 and Painting With A Twist is donating 50% to the Lafayette Band!! This unique opportunity is limited to 50 people and is open to all band students, families, and supporters! Don’t miss out!

Uniform:  Remember to bring your red bag and pack it with your band shorts, a t-shirt (a red one actually works better), LONG BLACK socks, and your BLACK concert/marching shoes.

If you have not been fitted for a concert uniform, Mama Waffles will be in the band room at dismissal on Wednesday, December 13th.

All Family Payments should now be paid in-full.

For Lafayette Band to continue at our Championship level it is imperative that each family uphold their responsibility and make sure their Charms account is paid so that all students may enjoy the benefits of our first-class band.

To make a payment via PayPal log into Charms at www.charmsoffice.com.  Our school code is “lhsband”. 

Band payments may also be paid by check made payable to “LBA” (please note the student’s name) and mailed to:

If your student qualifies for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program please supply a copy of the Notice of Approval received from the Child Nutrition Office so that we may update your Charms account accordingly.  LBA must receive this notification each year.

The Lafayette Band uses the “Remind” system to communicate important information to students and families.  The students have been encouraged to join the appropriate “remind” groups to receive updates, schedule changes, and reminders from the band directors.  Families are welcome to join.
