Items for Donation Needed for Band Bash Silent Auction

We are looking for items for our silent auction which will be held on March 6th.  Please contact lbafundraising1@gmail.com if you have items you wish to donate and we will arrange for item pick up.

If you have business connections who might be willing to donate an item, we would love to ask them for you.  Contact Jennie Hayes at (859) 229-9376 or lbafundraising1@gmail.com with their contact information, and I will be happy to get the process started.  Better yet, if you are willing to ask yourself (sincerely appreciated) then please print off the document in this link.

We would LOVE to have your help in asking companies that have donated in the past.  Contact Jennie Hayes (see above) if you would be willing to assist.  The process is simple- you drop off or email the flyer to a business that has already shown they are willing to support the band.  Several people asking at a couple of locations makes a HUGE difference in the workload of putting this event together!  This process is time sensitive.  We like to ask companies over the course of the next 4-6 weeks so that we have time to follow up with them if needed and get in the items for donation.

Band Bash 2020!

What:  A night of jazz meant for parents and students to enjoy!  There will be a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres, and we will be drawing for our raffle.

When:  Friday, March 6th, 2020

Where:  Calvary Baptist Church

Why:  You haven’t seen your fellow band parents for months and you have missed them!  Your parents/neighbors/best friends love jazz, and this is the perfect opportunity to share the band with them.  You want to get an early start on Mother’s Day/Father’s Day/Birthday/Christmas shopping, and you know that you will find awesome auction items that will also go toward supporting the band.  You will be there for the raffle drawing (which is good luck)!

The students have been working very hard to put our winter shows on the floor. We are excited to offer a full competitive season for our JV winter guard this season. We hope that you can come out and support our Winter Guards!

For more detailed show information, you can go to www.tristatemarchingarts.org. Also, you can see a snapshot from our winter guard show last year on the front page of the TMA website!
