Invitational Adult Volunteer Sign-Ups Needed

The Lafayette Band Invitational on September 16 is going to be a fun and exciting day!  The information and online ticket sales for the Lafayette Band Invitational has been posted at www.lafayetteband.org/libc/

We need all families and students to volunteer to be a part of this great event!  There are volunteer opportunities in concessions, ticket sales, parking, stadium ushers, band guides, and more!  The volunteer schedule is divided into 3-hour shifts during the day and evening.  It promises to be a fabulous experience for everyone and a significant day in the great history of the Lafayette Band!

Adult Sign-up Link          ß We need more adult volunteers to fill open slots!

There will be a meeting on Friday, September 15 at 7:00pm for all student and parent volunteers.  The students will have rehearsal on Friday afternoon and a pizza dinner will be provided to the students.  Please join us in the cafeteria at 7:00pm for information about your volunteer assignment, the schedule for Saturday, where to report, parking, etc.

We will be having a BAKE SALE TABLE and need help stocking it. If you would like to donate some baked goods or have a contact at a bakery please contact Stacey Stone stone1016@yahoo.com.

·         Bring the black shorts, deodorant, hand towel, wipes for your red bag.

·         If there is a problem with your uniform, see a member of the uniform team.
